Y115 Advertising Opportunities
Yorkville CUSD 115 has opened the opportunity for local businesses to advertise during the three athletic seasons in predetermined locations. Those locations include the Yorkville Sports Stadium, the Varsity Baseball and Softball fields, and the Digital LED Score Table in the YHS main gym.

Advertising Restrictions and Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions (REVIEW CAREFULLY):
All advertisements shall comply with District #115 School Board Policy 8:25 Advertising and Distributing Materials in Schools Provided by Non-School Related Entities. Advertisements shall not contain any content that may: (1) interfere with the District’s education objectives or be contrary to the curriculum adopted by the District; (2) violate any state or federal laws, rules, regulations or District policies and procedures; (3) be obscene, lewd, profane, invasive of privacy, or libelous in nature; (4) discriminate against any person based on race, religion, national origin, gender, age, marital status, disability or public assistance status; (5) advertise for a political purpose or to influence a ballot proposition; (6) threaten or cause disruption with a school or school-sponsored activity; or (7) contain any content that may give rise to District’s civil or criminal liability. The District does not imply any endorsement as to the accuracy or suitability of any of the information contained in the advertisements and does not accept any responsibility or liability for the conduct or offerings by third parties. The District takes no responsibility for the content of the advertisements or the quality/reliability of the products or services offered in all advertisements. Purchaser/Sponsor shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the District and its booster clubs and all of their respective individual Board members, employees and agents from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, causes of action, fines, costs (including attorneys’ fees, expert witness fees and court costs) arising from or relating to any act or omission of Purchaser/Sponsor, any claims from third parties related to the content and or images of any Advertisements or any breach of this Agreement by the Purchaser/Sponsor. Annual payments are due in advance immediately upon District approval of this Agreement and upon the Agreement’s 1-year anniversary, without further notice by District. The District shall have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice thereof to Purchaser/Sponsor, and any unearned amounts shall be refunded by District on a pro-rata basis through the date of termination. This Agreement shall be governed by the Illinois laws, and venue for any disputes shall be in the Kendall County Circuit Court or the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division. By signing this Agreement, the person signing this Agreement represents that his or her respective entity has approved the Agreement and will be bound by its terms.
