Formal Bid / Request for Proposal / Request for Qualifications Process:

All purchases made and contracts entered by Yorkville Community Unit School District 115 are made in accordance with applicable law and Board of Education Policy 4:60. Purchases in excess of $35,000 are made in accordance with the state bidding procedure unless specifically exempted by Section 10-20.21 of the School Code (105 ILCS 5/10-20.21).

Vendors may find information about the specific bid, request for proposal (RFP), or request for qualifications (RFQ) process, including any bid opening and deadlines, as well as the bid, RFP, or RFQ requirements, by reviewing the documents below. It is the vendor's responsibility to check the website before the deadline to see if any addenda have been issued regarding any bid, RFP, or RFQ.

Strategic Plan Refinement & Facilitation

The Board of Education of Yorkville Community Unit School District 115, Kendall and Kane Counties, Illinois, is accepting sealed proposals for Strategic Plan Refinement & Facilitation Services. The District seeks a qualified firm to provide strategic validation and refinement of its existing strategic framework (the "20 Mile March") rather than the development of a new plan from scratch.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) document, including specifications and submission forms, is available for download by filling out this Strategic Plan Refinement & Facilitation RFP Request Form. Please contact Stephanie Dempsey, Innovation Project Manager, at sdempsey@y115.org for any questions pertaining to the RFP. 

A pre-proposal conference will not be held; however, questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing to Stephanie Dempsey by 9:00 AM CST on March 10, 2026.

Electronic proposals must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM CST on Friday, March 20, 2026, to Stephanie Dempsey at sdempsey@y115.org

Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities, and to accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the District.
