Project Management
The Project Management Department is responsible for the management and delivery of transition planning and innovative projects for the school district. The department consists of the project manager who coordinates teams to plan, execute, and successfully complete projects while being mindful of timelines, budgets, and open communication with stakeholders.
The project manager reports to the superintendent.
