Paige de la Cruz joined Yorkville Community Unit District 115 in 2023 as the Coordinator of Multilingual Services. In this role, Paige will support and collaborate with all professionals in the district to increase knowledge and access to instructional strategies to best serve our multilingual students. In addition, Paige works closely with Dual Language and English as a Second Language educators, as well as with the Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee (BPAC).

Formerly, Paige served at Joliet West High School District 204 as the Instructional Coach for Social Science, World Language, and ESL/Bilingual. Paige’s teaching experience includes all levels of Spanish, including AP Spanish Literature and Culture, and History. Paige began her teaching career in Wisconsin and returned to Illinois in 2011 to be closer to family. 

Paige earned a bachelor’s degree from Carthage College and a master’s degree in Teacher Leadership and Principal Preparation from the University of St. Francis.

Paige lives in Yorkville with her husband and three daughters. Paige and her husband, a teacher as well, are proud to share their passion for bilingualism with multilingual families with the Yorkville community.
