Formal Bid / Request for Proposal Process:

  • All purchases made and contracts entered by Yorkville Community Unit School District 115 are made in accordance with applicable law and Board of Education Policy 4:60. Purchases in excess of $25,000 are made in accordance with the state bidding procedure unless specifically exempted by Section 10-20.21 of the School Code (105 ILCS 5/10-20.21).  

    Vendors may find information about the specific bid or request for proposal (RFP) process, including any bid opening and deadlines, as well as the bid or RFP requirements, by reviewing the documents below. It is the vendor's responsibility to check the website before the deadline to see if any addenda have been issued regarding any bid or RFP.
