All purchases made and contracts entered by Yorkville Community Unit School District 115 are made in accordance with applicable law and Board of Education Policy 4:60. Purchases in excess of $25,000 are made in accordance with the state bidding procedure unless specifically exempted by Section 10-20.21 of the School Code (105 ILCS 5/10-20.21).

Request for Qualifications for Architect Services
The Board of Education for the Yorkville Community Unit School District 115 (also known as the District) is soliciting statements of qualifications from K-12 architectural firms (the “Respondents”) which can demonstrate relevant experience and have at least (5) years experience in the Chicago land area performing professional Architectural Design services. These firms shall provide architectural services for projects such as facility planning, new building construction, building additions, health and life/safety projects and building remodels. The District will select the most qualified firm to engage in a professional services agreement to be contracted on a task order basis which will be assigned over the next year with the option for renewal or extension annually at the discretion of the District.
