    Initial Response from Building Administration upon Receipt of Request Form


    Administrative Consultation with Related Staff & Gifted Services


                  Student Achievement Data Collection


    Parent Meeting to Discuss Results of Initial Inquiry

    (within 14 school days of Request Form)


    Student Remains in Current Placement (Provide Supporting Evidence & Rationale)  


         Develop Plan for Student Acceleration (in conjunction with Gifted/Talented Dept & Y115 Acceleration Plan)
