Family and Consumer Science courses are elective courses open to students during all four years of high school. FACS courses provide a method by which students can discover their potential role in the vocational world. FACS also contributes to the development of personal goals and interests such as: hobbies, leisure activities, and general education curriculum decisions. Level 1 courses provide orientation and fundamental exposure to skill development and/or related vocational processes. Level 2 courses provide for greater depth of knowledge and skill development.
