ATHLETIC ANNOUNCEMENTS
Participation Requirements (sports only - not intramurals):
Current Physical - Athletes will NOT be allowed to participate in tryouts or practices without a current physical on file. At the top of the physical form, list the name of the sport(s) in which the student-athlete will be participating, and turn in the form to the athletic administrative assistant. You can also email your student's up-to-date physical to KMikuta@y115.org. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PARENT PORTION IS COMPLETE AND BOTH PARENT AND ATHLETE HAVE SIGNED THE PHYSICAL

There is a $65 athletic participation fee charged for all sports, per athlete, with the exception of football. Football is $80.
- Payment should be completed with registration prior to the first day of practice for the following sports: Football, Cross-Country, Wrestling, and Track.
- For the remaining sports, please pay after tryouts due to cuts.
